The Most Touching Thing I Have Read All Day

I am truly touched by this. Mom Has Died...Just in Time.

"I am glad PTSD/dementia clouded the last three years of Mom's life (she died at 88). Thank God she did not have to see the absurd parody of the election process she served with dedication and love for her country and her fellow man."

There is no higher calling than to wish dementia and death on a parent to spare them the even-worse suffering of awareness of the Bush Hell-on-Earth.

Note that the author also weeps a lot; we have that in common. But in this case, I weep tears of joy that his mother suffered from the lesser of two evils.

If the Republicans win the White House again, I will ask my doctor to somehow induce a brain-destroying stroke in me so that I can live out my years in the bliss of a nursing home, unaware of the Christian theocratic dictatorship.

It would appear that Dementia has already touched Stonemason himself.

I too wept with joy when I found out that Stonemason's mom died just in time to avoid the Bush hell on earth. Thank you, Professor Kurgman, for highlighting this touching and beautiful story.

:-p

Mr. Red Tulips -

I looked at your "Culture for All" blog and determined that is so threatening (and racist!) that I placed it in the "offensive speech" part of my blogroll as an example of Zionist trash that my students should be protected from.

I also noticed the lack of your co-contributors' academic credentials. For shame.

Then again, I am pleased that you too wept for Stonemason's mom. Perhaps you are not the tool of the Halliburton War Machine that your blog implies.

Professor Kurgman:

Hey, I have a doctor in law, so I hope that that appeases your desire for academic credentials. But I don't have three PhDs, so I guess I shall endeavor to improve this!

I weep nightly at the large numbers of people who have to live through this Bush hell on earth. if only we were exterminated en masse, then life would be so much better.

I hope your students and I will be able to engage in collective tears, particularly your brilliant and noble PhD candidate, Kathy. :-)

There is an ugly rumor going around that certain Liberals are selling out to the paper tissue industry with such capitalistic brand names like Kleenex and Puffs and providing corporate endorsements. The party has a list Dr. Kurgman. We would like you to helps us with this list of "so-called Liberals" and re-educate them. If a person is going to weep, use your sleeve like a good socialist and environmentalist, instead of killing trees. Will you help?

Mr. (or Ms.!) Anonymous:

Any "liberal" who uses, let alone endorses, Kleenex is probably a CIA infiltrator. They do not need to be re-educated, they need to be instead purged.

BOYCOTT KLEENEX because...

they harm Native Americans

and

they are racist

and

they are Zionists!

You have done your academic research well, Dr. Kurgman, indeed.
I'm assuming your answer is yes then.
We shall meet at Union Square during the next demonstration. We know who you are Dr. Kurgman. I'll be the person with the "Fuck Bush" t-shirt and a green copy of the Koran. Sign/Countersign is Cindy/Sheehan.

And standing next to a person with a green baseball cap that says "National Lawyers Guild, Legal Observer".
Come to think of it, pretty much everybody there will look like that....oh, I know, I'll have patchouli on....no...OK, sandlewood....no, that won't distinguish me either.....Help, Dr. Kurgman, I'm a victim of "self profiling"!
