The Supreme Court Says: "Fuck Bush!"

Here is my favorite PhD candidate, Kathy, commenting on yesterday’s monumental indictment of Warmonger-in-Chief, Bush, for raping the Geneva Convention by holding people of color in the extermination camps of Guantanamo.

*******************

the supreme court says, like, fuck bush! i mean, like, the only thing that confuses me is that we have like, a supreme court? and, like, iran (or iraq?) has a supreme leader? and i like, sometimes lose track between the supreme court and the supreme leader? i mean, like, the concept of “logic” is, like, so sexist? like, testosterone farm? fuck you and your fuck your testosterone, ok?

so like i’m spending my summer collecting money for greenpeace in front of starbucks, ok, because the ruling class? in starbucks? gives me a lot of money? i mean, like, i totally hate starbucks? like the rich people in there should just totally die or something. and like those guys who give me money, you know, just want to look at my boobs, like they’re, you know, really disgusting republican sexist monsters? the worst are the pigs who run starbucks, because you know how much they really hate women, like they think we’re, like, fucking animals or something! i just so hate starbucks, i want them to die.

anyway, the most important thing is that we, like, save the environment, because, like, president gore proved that people like the ones who run starbucks are like making our planet like really hot? and like, i like, like hot weather, because, you know, everyone is like so cool when it’s, like, hot? i mean, everyone’s out and they can see my tattoo that says “this is the bush I’m voting for” and my other tattoo on my left boob that says “fuck bush” because, you know, like, it’s like, so expressive?

so i took a break in starbucks and i like ordered a really big drink, but you know, i was reading about the calories in starbucks drinks, and they like so want to make us, like totally fat? like this is how they express their hatred to women? but I’m all, like, in solidarity with the employees because you know they’re like so abused and their job is like, so demeaning? i mean, i would so never do that kind of shit work. they’re slaves ok, so i ask them anyway to contribute to greenpeace or give me a free drink because i get really hot out there raising, like, peoples awareness? of, like how nothing is more dangerous that environmental abuse?

but this time, I told them about, like the geneva convention and like who is geneva anyway? that name is so not a person of color. it's like the way they name, like, hurricanes? after white people like katrina and, like, you know, other white people? but geneva said that you can’t hold slaves, and bush was holding slaves, and like, starbucks? is, like, holding their employees as slaves? So, ur so not going 2 believe this, but, like the starbucks employees are like all “who cares” and brainwashed, like, like fucking fascists.

well, fuck them. i mean, like, i can be a real bitch, ok? so i totally did not pay for my drink. fuck them! fuck bush!

u know y? cause bush goes to africa, and brings, like, slaves to amerikkka. and the amerikkkan supreme leader was so, like, “fuck bush”, and “bush, u can’t do that.” yeah, and it’s worse than that because, like? mumia? is still in prison? and like everyone in this, like whole, fucking amerikkka is, like, a slave? and, like geneva needs to free us all?

so we need to be in the streets, like fighting the power and shit? i'll kick the balls out of any rich slave-owning white guy. like, i so wish i wasn’t white? like, i’m a white slave? so, like geneva is so not enough? i mean, like, fuck geneva!

fuck bush!

fuck you!

Bush Worse Than Hitler: The Proof

Yesterday, I inadvertently confused the Democratic Party’s “Take Back America” program with the “25 Points of Hitler’s Nazi Party”.

But upon reading the Nazi platform, it occurred to me that Hitler was more progressive than Bush! Just look at these excerpts from the Nazis:

7. We demand that the State shall above all undertake to ensure that every citizen shall have the possibility of living decently and earning a livelihood.

9. All citizens must possess equal rights and duties.

10. The first duty of every citizen must be to work mentally or physically. No individual shall do any work that offends against the interest of the community to the benefit of all.

12. Since every war imposes on the people fearful sacrifices in blood and treasure, all personal profit arising from the war must be regarded as treason to the people. We therefore demand the total confiscation of all war profits.

13. We demand the nationalization of all trusts.

14. We demand profit-sharing in large industries.

15. We demand a generous increase in old-age pensions.

21. The State has the duty to help raise the standard of national health by providing maternity welfare centers, by prohibiting juvenile labor, by increasing physical fitness through the introduction of compulsory games and gymnastics, and by the greatest possible encouragement of associations concerned with the physical education of the young.

Come to think of it, Hitler was more progressive than today’s weak-spined Democrats. Read this, Nancy Pelosi:

18. We demand that ruthless war be waged against those who work to the injury of the common welfare. Traitors, usurers, profiteers, etc., are to be punished with death, regardless of creed or race.

Say what you will about Hitler, this is incontrovertible proof that Amerikkka would be better off with a leader like Hitler instead of an extreme right-wing fascist like Bush.

Take Back America!

The Democrats are proposing a new direction for America that will put the common good first. As you know, I am a huge proponent of the Common Good. In fact, let’s look a little closer at the Democratic Party’s idea of what the common good means:

The party as such represents the point of view of a positive Christianity without binding itself to any one particular confession. It fights against the Jewish materialist spirit within and without, and is convinced that a lasting recovery of our folk can only come about from within on the principle:

COMMON GOOD BEFORE INDIVIDUAL GOOD

Wait, wrong Socialist Party there.

But regardless, as a community, as a society, as an entity, as a people, and as a Progressive Force for change, caring, and helping, no person remains an island unto himself or herself or gender-neutral self. Policy prescriptions are designed by policy experts (ahem!) to benefit everyone, not individuals. And in a democracy, the majority is what matters, and only a selfish monster would think only of himself or his family.

Now, let’s look at the specifics of Taking Back America:

1) Make health Care More Affordable: Fix the prescription drug program by putting people ahead of drug companies and HMO’s, eliminating wasteful subsidies, negotiating lower drug prices and ensuring the program works for all seniors; invest in stem cell and other medical research.

The Democrats want to “put people ahead of drug companies”. Yes, in theory this is a fine idea, but where are the specifics, peeps? Nancy Pelosi said that we had enough of paying high prices to increase profits of [Zionist] drug companies. Damn right! But are we going to remove their profits? We had better, if we want to put the people first – because profits impede care. Frankly, we would all be better off if the drug company executives were carted off to prison and we, The People, relied on proven holistic remedies.

2) Lower Gas Prices and Achieve Energy Independence: Crack down on price gouging; eliminate billions in subsidies for oil and gas companies and use the savings to provide consumer relief and develop American alternatives, including biofuels; promote energy efficient technology.

This is a good start, but why restrict price-gouging crack downs to just gas prices? Why should the rest of the bourgeoisie [Zionist] retailers be allowed to rape us? Let’s defend The People against price-gouging supermarkets, restaurants, clothing stores, appliance centers, etc., etc., etc. Ask yourself: Who knows better what the correct prices should be: Multiple-degreed policy experts, or uneducated middlemen?

In fact, why don’t we The People, take over the oil companies? Why are we so afraid of the insane right-wing extremists? Let’s look beyond the Democrats for some really fresh ideas.

3) Help Working Families: Raise the minimum wage; repeal tax giveaways that encourage companies to move jobs overseas.

A $400 minimum wage would be a good start towards helping the working class. And, of course, we should never give away our taxes; we should keep them. No, that’s not right, either. That is, we should of course be taxed, but the taxes should go towards investments in areas like nationalizing oil companies. Regardless, companies should never be allowed to go overseas. A purely domestic economy is a healthy one.

4) Cut College Costs: Make college tuition deductible from taxes; expand Pell grants and slash student loan costs.

Absolutely! I salute you, Democrats, for wanting to provide universal free college educations. Nothing improves a person more than being in college – and especially if they are fortunate enough to be in one of my classes. We should also mandate ten-year undergraduate programs; four years is simply not enough.

5) Ensure Dignified Retirement: Prevent the privatization of Social Security; expand savings incentives; and ensure pension fairness.

Again, why stop with Social Security; i.e., shouldn’t we be fighting against the privatization of everything? We can start with nationalizing supermarkets. There is indeed no dignity in retiring with a private pension. In fact, there is no dignity in working at a private company. There is no dignity in working at all! Work is merely a tool for the capitalist class to expropriate the value that we create. That’s your damn free market. And that’s why your damn gas stations, damn colleges, damn health care, and damn Social Security don’t work.

Fortunately, the Democrats have a plan (albeit a weak one for now) to return the ownership of these enterprises to the working class – to be administered by experts on behalf of the people – with no profits ever again.

6) Require Fiscal Responsibility: Restore the budget discipline of the 1990s that helped eliminate deficits and spur record economic growth.

Yes, the 1990s were the Clinton years. I did not care for him because he failed to spur a People’s Revolution, but a return to an era of caring would be the right thing. We’re progressives, and we will progress to the 1990s.

World Naked Bike Ride & Bush Motorcade Protest

Here I am, celebrating my body and defending my dignity, on the World Naked Bike Ride.

The purpose of this ride is to

"…face automobile traffic with our naked bodies as the best way of defending our dignity and exposing the unique dangers faced by cyclists and pedestrians as well as the negative consequences we all face due to dependence on oil, and other forms of non-renewable energy."

See more pictures here. I am particularly proud of the participants' ethnic diversity; there’s a woman of color on the ride!

After the bike ride, I went up to Seattle to join the protest at Bush’s motorcade. That’s me, in the middle, standing next to my favorite PhD candidate Kathy—and look at her left hand! Yes, fuck you, you murdering monster. And fuck everyone in your motorcade. And especially fuck everyone in your motorcade who is in a Hummer.

In no place in the world do people live in as much fear of the government as in the fascist Amerikkkan theocracy. We have been silenced by these extreme right-wing stormtroopers, but we are brave, and will stand up to these terrorists who stole the White House. I weep for my community.

The So-Called "Plot" to Destroy The Sears Tower

There are so many things that are reprehensible, and yes, frightening about Bush’s right-wing assault on the so-called "terrorist plot to blow up the Sears Tower":

1) The suspects are black. Is it surprising that our racist society continues to scapegoat People of Color? Are the prisons not already over-stuffed with minority inmates? Why do we allow the continuing Slaughter of Color?

2) The suspects are Islamic. While the First Amendment is constantly trotted out to defend the Bushian Christian theocracy, it is conveniently discarded when it comes to defending the free practice of Sun Religions, like Islam.

3) The arrest of these suspects is a distraction from the War on Terror. How convenient to target a so-called "terror plot" to distract the nation from Bush's failure to end terror.

4) This proves that the war on Iraq is a sham. The profiteering neocon chickenhawk robber baron shits insist that their Iraq war is to protect us (ha!), and now they also squeal, "Terrorists! Terrorists! There are terrorists in Florida!" You can't have it both ways, you murdering swines. Not only has your war-mongering failed to protect us, but it has actually incited terror at home.

5) There is no evidence that these people are terrorists. Just lock them up at Guantanamo, right guys? Business as usual, I assume? No trial and no rights -- only arbitrary arrest, torture and murder.

6) It is impossible that these people are terrorists. In the same breath, the racist Americans call them "devout Muslims" and "terrorists" -- without realizing that it is impossible to be a true Muslim and also be violent. The Qu'ran prohibits violence! Unlike your damn bible, that is, which to this day incites millions to indiscriminately slaughter innocents.

7) There is no such thing as "terror". For all the talk about "terror", no one has ever produced the slightest piece of evidence of it. Like witches and the "benefits" of capitalism, "terror" is a myth. A myth used to exterminate people simply because they do not look like us.

8) The Sears Tower is occupied by Little Eichmanns, anyway. What exactly is the matter with questioning the motives of the fascists who occupy the Sears Tower?

9) These “anti-terror” operations place FBI agents in harm's way. FBI agents have mothers who fear for their children being sacrificed for this cruel war of extermination against People of Color.

10) The FBI is the true terror organization. One day, you're practicing your faith. The next, you're in prison -- facing extermination. Only the SS and the FBI could do this. There have been exactly four stains on human history: Nazis, South Afrikkkans, Amerikkkans, and Zionists. Two down, two to go.

11) The FBI is racist.
Do you have a better word for federal agents posing as Islamic stereotypes in order to trap, frame, and destroy innocent civilians of color?

12) Why does Amerikkka always use force to solve its so-called "problems"? Why no outreach? Who no sensitivity? Why no exploration of root causes? Why no reflexive purging of our centuries-old traditions of oppression and slavery that have driven others to the point where they have no choice but to resist with armed struggle?

13) If this story is true, then perhaps we can learn from it.
When someone says they hate you, you need to ask, "Why?" And when someone threatens to kill you, you need to do some serious self-evaluation to determine why they have been so provoked. But no, the Christians without Conscience are incapable of feeling the pain of others.

14) The FBI is a sick and violent organization.
Some Muslims of Color who threatened to murder thousands are being detained by the FBI. Do you really feel any safer now?

Tribute to Turkmenistan: Thank You, Great Leader

Turmenistan’s official name is “Turkmen Soviet Socialist Republic”, although that name is being temporarily suppressed until the re-emergence of the U.S.S.R. However, the Turkmen people have been fortunate to be under the guidance of Saparmurat Niyazov, affectionately referring to him as Serdar Turkmenbashi – meaning “Great Leader of all Turkmen”.

In fact, the public fondness of President Turkmenbashi has led to the erection of his likeness; statues and posters grace every public place, including a gold statue that rotates to always face the sun.

To quote the modest President:

“If I was a worker and my president gave me all the things they have here in Turkmenistan, I would not only paint his picture, I would have his picture on my shoulder, or on my clothing,” says Turkmenbashi. “I'm personally against seeing my pictures and statues in the streets - but it's what the people want.”

Here’s a list of other things that the people wanted – and The President delivered:

- The renaming of “January” to “Turkmenbashi”.

- Ordering that physicians swear an oath to President Turkmenbashi instead of the Hippocratic Oath.

- The closure of all rural libraries, noting that ordinary Turkmen (The Proletariat!) do not read books.

- Banning ballet and opera as not being part of the Turkman culture. (Buy Local!)

- Banning lip syncing when singing.

- Bookstores discarding everything except The President’s works.

- Forbidding young men to wear long hair or beards

- Decreeing that that every school pupil, student, soldier and military officer in Turkmenistan be presented on New Year's Eve with a watch bearing the picture of The President

And , of course, vast protection against treacherous enemies who lurk everywhere:

"Any criticism or dissent is defined as treason and is punishable by long prison terms, confinement to psychiatric hospital or internal banishment, mostly to arid salt flats by the Caspian Sea. Private conversations everywhere are monitored by eavesdropping informers, as well as bugs and phone-taps. E-mails are monitored (there is only one service-provider) and internet access rare: a trawl of the capital reveals not one functioning public outlet."

If a Republican steals another presidential election, I will leave the Amerika – and you can be assured that Turkmenistan will be on my short list.

Thank you, President Turkmenbashi

The N-Word and Hate Crimes

First of all, I think that the "N-Word" is the most offensive phrase in the history of language. I cannot and will not utter it. Therfore, I will substitute other words for it in this entry.

So, is it a hate crime when someone calls a Person of Color a hoyhoo? Well, think how you would feel if you were called an ookchiv? In fact, the context does not matter. There is nothing funny, educational, instructive, or in an
y way socially redeeming about calling someone a rayhag.

Which brings us to the case of one Nicholas Minucci, of Queens NY, who was accused of calling a Person of Color a shizgress while incidentally fracturing his skull with an aluminum baseball bat. In short, The New York Times reported that:

A white man who uttered a racial epithet while using a baseball bat to attack a black man in Queens last summer was found guilty of hate crimes yesterday in a case that carried echoes of an infamous racial beating in the same neighborhood two decades earlier. After seven hours of deliberations over two days, on a 14-count indictment, a jury found Nicholas Minucci, 20, guilty of the racially motivated assault and robbery of Glenn Moore, 23, in Howard Beach, a predominantly white Queens neighborhood.

He faces a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison. As a hate crime, the first-degree robbery carries the same maximum sentence but a lower minimum one. About 5 p.m. in an otherwise empty Queens County Courthouse, the ethnically diverse jury deciding Mr. Minucci's fate filed into the courtroom, none of its members looking toward Mr. Minucci.

Now, some people might say that a crime of this magnitude deserves more than 25 years in prison -- and I am one of them. I mean, let's look at all the atrocities here:

1) Mr. Minucci is white.

2) He used a racial epithet.

3) There was a different racial beating in the same area, only twenty years ago.

4) The crime occurred in a predominantly white neighborhood.

5) Mr. Minucci is a hater.

Yes, I know that ethnically diverse juries are infallible. And in fact, I'm thinking that perhaps Mr. Minucci's sentence was shortened because he clearly deserves sympathy as a gay man:

Mr. Minucci was being charged with hate crimes because of prosecutors' allegation that he seized upon Mr. Moore because of his race. Mr. Minucci's use of a racial epithet was debated extensively during the tense three-week trial, where it was often referred to as HOYHOO. Mr. Gaudelli insisted during the trial that Mr. Minucci was convinced that Mr. Moore was in Howard Beach that morning to commit a robbery and that he hit him only in the buttocks and legs to subdue him in what was, essentially, a legal citizen's arrest.

But the most important part of the trial was this:

The Queens district attorney, Richard A. Brown, differed with that explanation after the verdict, which he said sent a clear message that HOYHOO has no place in our society and should be banished from our vocabulary.

Yes indeed...and I certainly purged it from my vocabulary. No more H-word for me.

Now, lets look at some solutions. Here are some alternate ways that this incident could have played out:

1) Mr. Minucci could have silently smashed Mr. Moore over the head (or repeatedly in the buttocks) as a form of sexual expression, as opposed to racial hatred.

2) Mr. Minucci could have instead smashed the head of a vile niggardly capitalist
like Dick Cheney or one of Sam Walton's heirs.

3) Mr. Minucci could have acted out his violence in a neighborhood that has no history of racial hatred.

4) Mr. Minucci could have acted out his violence in a neighborhood that was not white. (I must confess that even I have to think about that one for a while.)

5)
Mr. Minucci could have joined his vicitm, Mr. Moore, in his struggle against imperialist oppression:

Mr. Moore, who admitted to a history of violence and criminal encounters, [was] hoping to steal a car that night.

But this isn't over. Mr. Moore, who "expressed satisfaction with the verdict" (see the above caption) justifiably changed his mind when he realized that he can now sue Mr. Minucci for intentional infliction of emotional distress caused by Mr. Minucci's mother's racially charged comments about the prosecuting attorney.

Glenn Moore, 23, testified during Minucci's criminal trial, which ended in a conviction last Friday, that he had no plans to seek money damages.

But after Minucci's mother, Maria Minucci, spewed invective about the prosecutor's black husband and "half-and-half" children, Moore changed his mind, his attorney said.

And I'll bet she used the Q-word.

We, as a society, owe it to future generations to banish hate -- along with racism, capitalism, Christianity, Zionism, Republicans, meat-eaters, and enemies of our progressive ideals.

I loathe Amerikkka.
