Dream Ticket: Maya Angelou/Uday Hussein '08

"The fact that the adult American Negro female emerges a formidable character is often met with amazement, distaste and even belligerance. It is seldom accepted as an inevitable outcome of the struggle won by survivors, and deserves respect if not enthusiastic acceptance. "

- Maya Angelou
More than anything else, the Presidency needs to be a place place of beauty and tranquility. So I ask you: Read those words again. Read them for their clarity. Read them for their truth. Read them for their profound depth. And read them for their beauty. They are at once sensitive and powerful.

And I weep. For hours.
Is there no better criteria for selecting a president?

And for balance on the ticket, we must have another Person of Color; another Sun Person who speaks truth to power:

"If they come, ... Sept. 11, which they are crying over and see as a big thing, will be a real picnic for them, God willing.”

- Uday Hussein

And now my tears have turned into bursts of rage, for this man has been demonized beyond all moral boundaries. B
ut as a Vice-President, he will have a forum -- a peoples forum! -- to rise as a leader. A leadership that was stolen from him by the same monsters that stole the last two Amerikkkan elections. He was the future that was taken from us.

Angelou/Hussein '08.

Technically, Mr. Hussein is dead.

The taxidermists are working on it, though.

Assuming that christianist godbags don't terminate funding for taxidermy research.

And my fingers are now hairy white prunes, having been soaked in my cascade of tears.
